entitled an Act to regulate and make uniform the fees of
Justices of the Peace, passed January session, 1865, chap-
ter 79,

Senate bill entitled an Act to add to the eleventh section of
Article 56, of the Code of Public General Laws, a sub-
section requiring a license to enable any person to act as
insurance broker,

18th Article of the Code of Public General Laws, providing
