BY THE SENATE,

March 13th, 1868.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We respectfully ask your Honorable body to return to
the Senate the bill regulating the appointment of additional
Constables for Baltimore city.

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the payment of a
portion of the expenses of the General Assembly at its Janu-
ary session, 1867,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 156, passed
January session, 1867, entitled an Act to repeal sections 6 and
21

The bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

On motion by Mr. Maddox,
The following message was sent to the House of Delegates :

BY THE SENATE,

March 13,1868.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We respectfully ask your Honorable Body to return to the
Senate, the bill entitled an Act to repeal section 59 of Article
16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, Prince George's coun-
ty, entitled Hucksters, rejected by the Senate, March 10th,
1868.

On motion by Mr. Malone,
Leave of absence was granted. Mr. Denson until Monday.

On motion by Mr. Maddox,

Leave of absence for three or four days was granted Mr-
