House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
Joshua Jessop of Baltimore county, trustee of the Dulaney's
Falley and Sweet Air Turnpike Company, tosell and convey
the franchise of said company, which was granted to it by an
Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed Febru-
ary 16, 1864, chapter 185.

Which was read a second time.
Also, reported

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 26, of Article
38, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the fees
of Registers of Wills, and re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read the second time.
Mr. Hyland, from a select Committee, reported favorably

House bill entitled an Act to authorize Aurelia A. Long
and Wm. H. Roach, of Somerset county, to settle their
guardian accounts as temporary guardians to Alexander
Long, of said county.

Which was read a second time.
Mr. Snyder, from the Committee on Finance, reported

Senate bill entitled an Act to add to the 11th section, of
Article 56, of the Code of Public General Laws, a sub-section
requiring a license to enable any person to act as insurance
broker.

Which was read the first time.
Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, reported

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore
and North Point Turnpike road company.

Which was read the first time.
Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Frederick and Baltimore counties to aid in con-
structing Turnpike roads in their respective counties.

Which was read a first time.
Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Provident
Life and Trust company, of Baltimore.

Which was read the first time.
Also, reported favorably

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Pacific Fire
Insurance Company of Baltimore.
