On motion by Mr. Kimmel, Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to introduce a bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed at the session of the General Assembly of Maryland, held in the year 1860, entitled an Act to incorporate the "Bare Hill Mining company." Mr. Grove, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings, reported Senate bill entitled an Act to continue in force the Act en- titled an Act to regulate and make uniform the fees of Jus- tices of the Peace, passed January session 1865, chapter 79. Which was read the first time. Also, Senate bill entitled an Act to continue in force an Act en- titled an Act to regulate and make uniform the fees of Con- stables, passed January session, 1865, chapter 67. Also, reported favorably Senate bill entitled an Act for the relief of Executors, Ad- ministrators and Guardians, in certain cases. Which was read the second time. Also, reported Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate a company to construct a Turnpike road from Williamsport, in Washing- ton county, to the Washington county Railroad. Which was read the first time. Also, reported favorably House bill entitled an Act to cause to be transcribed a cer- tain record book of Wills to provide for making a general index to Wills, and for binding the record books in the office of Register of Wills for Kent county. Which was read the second time. Also, reported Senate bill entitled air Act to amend Article 79, of the Public General Laws, title "Releases and Receipts," by ad- ding a new section thereto.
