BY THE SENATE,

March 11,1868,
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We respectfully ask your Honorable Body to return to the
Senate the bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1867,
passed March 20th, 1867, entitled an Act to provide for the
payment of pensions to Maryland soldiers of the war of 1812,
and widows of deceased soldiers of 1812, chapter 385, re-
jected by the Senate, March 4th, 1868.
