House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Union Coal, Iron, Lumber and Manufacturing Company of Allegany county, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. On motion by Mr. Lee, the vote by which Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act, passed Janu- ary session, 1867, chapter 372, entitled an Act to further ex- tend the time and provisions of an Act pasted February 6, chapter 373, and the supplements thereto, relating to the payments of bounties to volunteers and drafted men of this State, was rejected, Was reoonsidered, and The bill was then ordered to lie on the table.
