Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act, passed Janu-
ary session, 1867, chapter 372, entitled an Act to further ex-
tend the time and provisions of an Act pasted February 6,
chapter 373, and the supplements thereto, relating to the
payments of bounties to volunteers and drafted men of this
State, was rejected,

Was reoonsidered, and
The bill was then ordered to lie on the table.

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Bachman
Valley Railroad Company,

Was read the second time and its engrossment rejected by
