Vinton Clayton, George- 8. White, Leonard & Townsend, Jamea R. Alvey, Charles Shipley, A. S. Abell & Co., Daniel Caulk, and Jacob Markee. Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Finance. Also, House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 619, of Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, entitled City of Baltimore, sub- title "Justices of the Peace and Constables," and to sub- stitute the following in lieu thereof. Which was read a first time and referred to the Senators from Baltimore city. Also, House bill entitled an Act to incorporate "The Maryland and Southern Immigration Society. Which was read a first time, and referred to the Committee on Corporations. On motion by Mr. Fields, The Senate adjourned until this evening at 8 o'clock. EVENING SESSION. WEDNESDAY, March 11, 8 o'clock, P. M. The Senate met pursuant to adjournment. Present at roll call : Messrs.
