The bill was then gent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled an Act to include Blackiston's Island in the third Election District of St. Mary's county, Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. House bill entitled an Act to repeal the 9th section of the Act passed at January session 1867, entitled an Act to incor- porate the Annapolis Fruit & Oyster Packing Company, and to re-enact the same so as to read as follows, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. House bill entitled an Act for the repair and preservation of the present county road along the valley of Wills Creek- from the Pennsylvania line to the residence of John P.
