Baltimore, and chapter 367, passed at the January session,
1867, and re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Grove, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 4, of Article

91 of the Code of Public General Laws, and to substitute the
following in lieu thereof, to read as section 4.

Which was read the first time.

Senate bill for the repeal of chapter 153, passed January

session, 1867, relating to crimes and punishments,

Was considered, and,
On motion by Mr. Smith,

Was recommitted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 69, of Article
1, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany county, sub-
title fences, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Mr. Henkle offered the following amendment :

Insert in section 1, line 4, after the word "repealed,"
the words "and re-enacted."

Which was adopted.

The bill was then read, a second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section, 26, of Article
38, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the fees

of Register's of Wills, and re-enact the same With amend-

ments,

Was considered, and,

On motion by Mr. Clarke,

Re-committed to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings.
The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered

House bill entitled an Act to authorize Aurelia A. Long
and William H. Roach, of Somerset county, to settle their
guardians accounts as temporary guardians to Alexander
Long, of said county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Somerset, Worcester and Dorchester.
