Also, reported favorably House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 612 of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "City of Baltimore," and relating to the selection of Talesmen for the several Courts of said city; Which was read the second time. Also, reported unfavorably Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the second section of the 41st Article, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Husband and Wife," by adding thereto, and re-enacting the same as amended ; Which report was concurred in. Also, reported favorably Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the 7th section of Ar- ticle 45, of the Code of Public General Laws, title, "Hus- band and Wife," and to re-enact the same. as amended ; Which was read a first time. Also, reported favorably House bill entitled an Act to amend and re-enact the 86th and 87th sections of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Auctions; Which was read the second time. Also, reported favorably, House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 4 of chapter 162 of the Acts of 1865, entitled an Act to add additional sections to Article 93 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled Testamentary Law, and relating to sales of real estate by order of Orphans' Courts, to come in after section 328 of said Article, and to insert in said Article in lieu of the section so repealed, the following section relating to sales of real estate by order of Orphans' Court. |
