House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Commerce In-
surance Company of Baltimore.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

Also,

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Bloomington, in Allegany county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

Also,

House bill entitled an Act supplemental to an Act entitled
an Act to incorporate a company to make a turnpike road
form Ellicott's City to Elysville, in Howard county, passed
at the January session, 1867, chapter 361.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

Joint resolutions in relation to the promotion of the do-

pensation for, and if damage to property holders, caused by
the construction, opening, enlarging or straightening of any
sewer within the limits of the city.
