Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed Janu- ary session, 1867, chap 372, entitled an Act to further extend the time and provisions of an Act passed February 6th, chap- ter 15, and March 4th, 1864, chapter 373, and the supple- ments thereto, relating to the payments of bounties to volun- teers and dratted men of this State, Was read a third time and rejected (for want of a Con- stitutional majority) by yeas and nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE.
