Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit the catching of fish in nets by driving into the same by thrashing on the water with poles or other instruments, Being on its third reading, On motion by Mr. Hyland, It was ordered to lie on the table. Senate bill entitled an Act to require the several clerks to the County Commissioners and the Clerk to the Appeal Tax Court of Baltimore city to make out a copy of the revised assessment of 1866, and return the same to the Comptroller of the Treasury, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
