The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Board of Di-
rectors of the Maryland Insurance and Security Company to
reduce the par value of the shares of the capital stock of said
Company, and to issue new stock in shares of such reduced
value,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as

follows:

missioners of Queen Anne's County, to levy a sum of money
or issue bonds for repairing and altering the Court House in
said county,

a third reading.

Senate bill entitled a supplement to an Act to repeal sec-
tion 3, of the Act entitled " An Act to incorporate the town
of Lutherville, in Baltimore county, passed at this session
of the General Assembly, and to re-enact the same with
amendments, and to add new sections,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to compensate C. J. M. Gwinn,
W. P. Maulsby and Bernard Carter, Commissioners appoint-
ed by the Governor to prepare Drafts of Laws, pursuant to
