House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Board of Di- rectors of the Maryland Insurance and Security Company to reduce the par value of the shares of the capital stock of said Company, and to issue new stock in shares of such reduced value, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
