Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 25 of Article 38 of the Code of Public General Laws relating to Notaries Public, and re-enact the same with amendments, Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Lee, Browne, Maddox, Biggs, Miller, Clarke, Malone, Fields, Parker, of Calvert, Henkle, Spates, Hyland, Synder, Hammond, Walsh, Kimmel, Welch—18. NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to facilitate the examination of titles to land in Baltimore county, by authorizing the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county to make out Gen- eral Indexes to the Law and Equity Dockets in his Office, and to provide for paying for the same, Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Maddox, Browne, Miller, Biggs, Malone, Clarke, Parker, of Calvert, Fields, Spates, Henkle, Snyder, Hammond, Walsh, Lee, Welch—16. NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act granting the assent of the General Assembly of Maryland to a legacy bequeathed by the last will and testament of Lydia Styer, late of Allegany county, deceased, to the English Lutheran Church of Frost- burg, Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows: |
