On motion by Mr. Hyland, it was Ordered, That it be entered on the Journal of the Senate that John C. Parker is detained from his seat by severe in- disposition. Mr. Malone, from a select committee, reported Senate bill entitled a supplement to the Act passed at the January session of 1864, chapter 116, entitled an Act to re- vive and extend an Act to incorporate the Wicomico and Pocomoke Bail Road Company, with amendment, passed December session, 1847. Which was read the first time. Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 4 and 5 of the Act passed the 8th day of March, 1856, chapter 148, entitled an Act to incorporate the Kent County Rail Road Company, and to re-enact the same with amendment, Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
