President, Hammond, Browne, Kimmel, Biggs, Lee, Clarke, Maddox, Fields, Spates, Henkle, Snyder, Hyland, Welch—13. NEGATIVE—None. Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the removal of cases of guardianships from the Orphans' Courts of the coun- ties of Somerset and Worcester to the Orphans' Court of Wicomico county, and to provide for the sale of real estate Toy executors and administrators resident in Wicomico county when such administration was commenced in either of the counties of Somerset or Worcester, Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit the catching of fish in nets by driving into the same by thrashing on the water with poles or other instruments, Being under consideration, Mr. Malone offered the following amendment : Amendment. At the end of the filth line, first section, insert, Excepting the Wicomico river and its tributaries. Which was adopted, and the bill as amended was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. On motion by Mr. Snyder, The Senate adjourned until this evening at 7 1/2 o'clock. |
