House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the National Savings Bank, of Baltimore, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs President, Kimmel, Browne, Lee, Biggs, Maddox, Clarke, Spates, Carroll, Snyder, Earle, Walsh, Henkle, Welch—15. Hyland, NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled an Act directing the Treasurer to pay to the School Commissioners of Howard county the sums of money due by the State from the Academic fund, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Lee, Browne, Maddox, Biggs, Miller, Clarke, Spates, Carroll, Snyder, Grove, Smith, Henkle, Walsh, Hyland, Welch—17. Kimmel, NEGATIVE—None.
