Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to
Article 53 of the Code of Public General Laws of the State
of Maryland, entitled "Landlord and Tenant," to follow
section 21,

On motion by Mr. Miller,
Was ordered to lie over.
The Clerk of the House of Delegates returned

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for Talbot county to copy the General Index
to Land Records in his office from 1833 to 1868, with the
following amendment:

In section 1, line 2, after the word " Court" insert by and
with the consent of the County Commissioners.

Which was adopted,

And the bill as amended passed by yeas and nays as fol-
