Amend section 2, line 2, add after the name of Washing-
ton Duvall, the words and Cathel Humphreys.

To which amendment Mr. Snyder offered the following
amendment:

In section 2, line 2, strike out the name of Cathel Hum-
phreys and insert in lieu thereof the name of O. H. Hyland,
M.D.

Which was adopted.

And the bill, with its amendment, as amended, was passed
by yeas and nays as follows :
