Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1865, chap- ter 60, entitled an Act to repeal sections 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147 and 148 of the Code of Public Local Laws for Somerset county, relating to retailers, and to re- enact the said sections, 139 to 148 inclusive, of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws for Somerset county, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
