Which were read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Labor and Immigration. Also, Returned the following Senate bills, endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays." A bill entitled an Act to repeal the 32d section of the 5th Article of the Public Local Laws, entitled " Calvert County," relating to Justices of the Peace and Constables, and provide for three additional Justices of the Peace for said county. A bill entitled an Act to permit the citizens of Hooper's Islands, Dorchester county, to shoot and take wild fowl from sink boats, Minds, or otherwise for home consumption. Also, A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Anne Arundel County. Also, Returned Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 59 of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to mandamus, by adding thereto additional sections. Endorsed, "Reported unfavorably from the Committee on the Judiciary, and the report adopted." Also, Beturned Senate bill entitled an Act for the relief of Benj. .Frost, alias Waters. Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays." Also returned, Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Deer Park Turnpike Road Company, of Baltimore county. Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays," with amendments proposed: Strike out all after section 2 in the Senate bill, and insert the within sections: SEC. 3.
