stables of Somerset county and Worcester county, upon exe-
cution issued to them, prior to the formation of Wicomico
county.

An Act to incorporate the Western Run and Reisterstown
Turnpike Company.

An Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay Benjamin
Standiford, Tax Collector for Harford county, for overpay-
ment into the Treasury for the year 1865.

An Act to authorize and empower the County Commis-
sioners of Dorchester county, to sell and convey the Alms-
house property of said county, and invest so much of the pro-
ceeds thereof, as may be necessary in the building or pur-
chasing another Almshouse for said county.

An Act regulating the number and prescribing the powers
and duties of the County Commissioners for Wicomico
county.

An Act to refund to Lewis Tydings and Henry Tydings,
of Anne Arundel county, certain sums of money erroneously
paid into the Treasury.

An Act to repeal the 45th section of Article 29 of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled Circuit Courts for the
Counties, and substitute the following section in lieu thereof.

An Act to repeal sections 37, 38, 39, 46, 47, 48 and 54,
of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to
the town of Centreville, Queen Anne's county, and to re-
enact the following as substitutes therefor.

An Act to carry into effect section 37 of Article 4 of the
Constitution.

An Act to organize the Circuit Court for Wicomico coun-
ty, and to regulate the terms thereof.

An A«t to repeal chapter 153, passed January session,
1867, entitled an Act to add an additional section to Article
30 of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Crimes
and Punishments, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

An Act to repeal the 32d section of Article 22 of the Pub-
lic Local Laws, title Worcester county, regulating the terms
of Court of said county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
