Which was read the first time.

Mr. Malone from a select committee, reported Senate bill
entitled an Act to incorporate the Wicomico and Nanticoke
Eail Road Company.

Which, was read the first time.
On motion by Mr. Malone,

His order of yesterday in reference to printing a certain
additional number of the Constitution,

Was taken up, and

On motion by Mr. Henkle,
Was postponed until to-morrow.

Mr. Grove from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,-
reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to amend and re-enact the
135th section of the 12th Article of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Harford county," sub-title "Sheriffs."

Which was read the second time.
On motion by Mr. Clarkc,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a hill to incorporate the Gary's Manufacturing-
Company of Maryland.

On the same motion, leave was granted to the Committee
on Corporations to introduce a bill to incorporate the Park-
ton and Manchester Rail Road Company of Baltimore and
Carroll counties.

Mr. Grove, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 138 of the Pub-
lic Local Laws of Caroline county, title Justices of the Peace
and Constables, and to re-enact the same with amendments
so as to read as follows.

Which was read the second time.

Also,

Reported favorably House bill entitled an Act to enable
the Vestry of St. Thomas' Parish, in Baltimore county, to
hold money in trust for certain religious and charitable pur-
poses connected with the Protestant Episcopal Church in.
America, or with said Parish.

Which was read the second time.

On motion by Mr. Fields,
The Senate adjourned until to-morrow, at 12, M..
