the Howard Bank of the city of Baltimore, to cancel and ex-
tinguish capital stock owned and held by said bank.

Reported favorably House bill entitled an Act authorizing
the commissioners appointed under the Act of 1840, chapter
215, and its several supplements to invest certain money re-
maining in their hands.

Which was read the second time.
Also, reported favorably

House bill entitled an Act appropriating a sum of money to
be expended in removing the remains of the Confederate dead
who fell in the battles of South Mountain, Crampton's Gap
and Antietam, or died of wounds received in said battles, to
the Antietam National Cemetery.
