Mr. Henkle submitted the following amendments: 1st. Amend by striking out all after the word "receive," 2d. Amend by adding at the end of sec. 3d, provided, that 3d. Amend by striking out the words "by said Measurer of 4th. Amend by adding a new sec. as follows : Which amendments were adopted.
