Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of
the Parsonage House of the Methodist Episcopal Church in
Great Falls Circuit, East Baltimore Conference.

Which was read the first time.
Also,

A bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act to
incorporate the Frederick and Pennsylvania Line Rail Road
Company, chapter 298.

Which was read the first time.
Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to alter and amend an Act to
incorporate the Mutual Insurance Company of Allegany
county, passed at December session, 1847, chapter 3, and
the several supplements thereto, so as to convert the said
company into a stock company, to be known as the Fire
Insurance Company of Allegany county.

Which was read the first time.
Also,

Reported favorably House bill entitled an Act to incor-
porate the town of Lutherville, in Baltimore county.

Which was read the second time.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered House bill
entitled an Act to amend the 14th section of the Act entitled
an Act to incorporate the Kent County Rail Road Company,
chapter 148, passed at January session, 1856, and 1o re-
enact the same as amended.

Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
from Kent, Cecil and Somerset.

Also,

House bill entitled an Act to amend the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Publication of Laws," by adding
thereto an additional section as follows.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 2 and 6 of
chapter 76 of the Act passed December session, 1847, entitled
an Act to incorporate a company in the town, of Hagerstown,
