Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill to punish illegal voting, in obedience
to the command of the fourth section of the first Article of
the Constitution.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered House bill
entitled an Act for the relief of Nathaniel Duke, George W.
Dowell and Thomas B. Billingsley.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays,"

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

Also,

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate a company to
open and improve the road from Frederick city in Frederick
county, to the Spout Spring on the Hamburg road, passing
Bradrup's Saw Mill, passed at January session, 1860, of the
General Assembly of Maryland, chapter 267.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Which was read the first time and referred to Commit-
tee on Corporations.

Also,

House bill entitled an Act for the relief of William H.
Peake and David White of Anne Arundel county.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Which was read the first time and referred to Committee
on Finance.

Also,

House bill entitled an Act to define the limits of the sev-
eral election districts in Wicomico county.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Which was read the first time and referred to Commit-
tee on Elections.

Also,

House bill entitled an Act to protect foxes whilst pursued
by dogs, in Wicomico county.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Which was read the first time and referred to Committee
on Judicial Proceedings.
