The bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to organize the Circuit Court
for Wicomico county, and to regulate the terms thereof,

Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :

The bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates returned Senate bill
entitled an Act to make valid the official acts of the Justices
of the Peace, constables and supervisors of the public roads,
in Wicomico county.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays,"
On motion by Mr. Miller, it was

Ordered, That the Committee on Finance inquire into the
expediency of reporting a bill requiring all civil officers in
this State who receive money due the State for licenses,
taxes, commissions, &c., to make quarterly payments into
the Treasury, of all monies so received by them.

Mr. Malone moved that when the Senate adjourns to-day,
it stand adjourned until Tuesday next at 12 o'clock.

Mr. Earle submitted the following amendment :
Strike out Tuesday and insert Monday, at 12 o'clock.

On the question being put, it was determined in the nega-
tive by yeas and nays as follows :
