Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

The joint resolution in relation to naturalized citizens,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed.

Senate bill entitled an Act providing for the issue of exe-
cution on judgments in Somerset and Worcester counties
against persons residing in Wicomico county,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as~
follows:

The bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered House bill
entitled a supplement to an Act passed by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, at January session, 1864, chapter 96,
entitled an Act to incorporate the Liberty and New Windsor
Turnpike Road Company, in Frederick and Carroll counties.

Endorsed, " Passed by yeas and nays."

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

On motion by Mr. Lee, it was

Ordered, That the Committee on Judicial Proceedings be
instructed to inquire what legislation is needed to carry out,
the purposes of the 59th section of the 3rd Article of the
Constitution.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for Talbot county to copy the general index to
the land records in his office, from 1833 to 1868,

Was read the third time and passed, by yeas and nays,
follows:
