The undersigned Committee on Elections, to examine and
report upon the election and qualification of the Members to
the Senate of Maryland, beg leave to report, that they have
discharged the duty assigned to them, by examining the re-
turns of the election, held on the 5th day of November, in
the year 1867, in the several counties of the State, and in the
several Legislative Districts of Baltimore city, and have as-
certained, and report that the following Senators have been
