Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Agriculture.

Also, House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 127, of
the 4th Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating
to the city of Baltimore, and to substitute in lieu thereof the
following :

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays,"

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, House bill entitled an Act limiting the number of
Justices of the Peace and Constables in Wicomico county.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays,"
Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 92, of
Article 17, of Public Local Laws for Queen Anne's county,
and section 1, 92, and 2 of the Act of 1867, chapter 421, re-
lating to Justices of the Peace and Constables in aforesaid
county.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays,"

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Wash-
ington County Savings Institution.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays,"
Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

Also, House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Marine
Railway and Manufacturing Company of Havre-de-Grace,
and to amend the Act of 1867, chapter 211.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays,"

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

Mr. Smith, from the committee to whom the above bill
was referred, reported it back favorably.

And it was read a second time, and,

On motion by Mr. Walsh,
Was recommitted to the Committee on Corporations.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates returned the Senate
bill entitled an Act to amend Article 29 of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws of the State of Maryland, adding thereto
the following sections :
