38 of the 4th Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, re-
lating to the city of Baltimore, and to substitute in lieu of
sections 34, 35 and 37, the following :
A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 567, 568, 569 and
570 of the 4th Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, re-
lating to the city of Baltimore, and to substitute in lieu of
sections 567, 568 and 569, the following :
The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered a House
bill entitled an Act to amend the 4th section of the Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January ses-
sion, 1864, chapter 29, entitled an Act to repeal the 12th sec-
tion of an Act to incorporate the Kent County Railroad Com-
pany, passed on the 8th day of March, 1856, chapter 148, to
add four sections thereto, and to appoint four new Commis-
sioners in the place of four deceased Commissioners.
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators

The Clerk of the House of Delegates returned Senate bill
entitled an Act to incorporate Burns Lodge No. 87, of
Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons, witli the following en-
dorsement, "Reported favorably by select committee, and on
the second reading, the enacting clause stricken out,"
The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered House bill
entitled an Act to repeal sections 54, 55, 56 and 57 of Article
21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the Circuit
Court for Washington county, and the manner and times of
holding the terms thereof, and to re-enact the same witli
amendments,
Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial proceedings.
