Leave was granted to the Baltimore city Senators to report

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 26, of Article 4,
Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the City of Baltimore,
and to substitute in lieu thereof the following.
On motion by Mr. Snyder,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore city Senators to report

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 567, 568, 569 and
570 of the 4th Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, re-
lating to the City of Baltimore, and to substitute in lieu of
sections 567, 568, and 569, the following.
On motion by Mr. Snyder,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings, hereafter to be appointed, to report

A bill entitled an Act to amend Article 59 of the Code of
Public General Laws, relating to Mandamus, by adding
thereto additional sections.

On motion by Mr. Walsh, it was

Ordered, That the Secretary of the Senate furnish each
member of the Senate with ten extra copies of the Journal.
On motion by Mr. Denson,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations, here-
after to be appointed, to report

A bill entitled an Act to amend an Act to incorporate the
President and Directors of the Howard Fire Insurance Com-
pany of Baltimore.

On motion by Mr. Clarke,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations,
hereafter to be appointed, to report

A bill entitled an Act to amend an Act incorporating the
Safe Deposit Company of Baltimore, passed at January ses-
sion, 1867.

Samuel Davis appointed Janitor, appeared, qualified and
entered upon the discharge of his duties.
On motion by Mr. Smith

The Senate adjourned until Monday morning at 12 o'clock,
