An Act to amend Article 21 of the Code of Public Local
Laws entitled Washington county, by adding thereto farther
sections.

An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 98
of Article 16 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
Chancery, and relating to service of notice on non-resi-
dents.

An Act to authorize the Adjutant General to purchase Arms
for the use of Charlotte Hall School.

An Act to authorize and empower the President and Di-
rectors of the Maryland Insane Asylum, to convey certain
land to the Maryland Inebriate Asylum for the use of said in-
stitution.

An Act to pay the per diem and expenses of the Joint Com-
mittee appointed by the General Assembly at its last session,
to meet a similar Committee appointed by the State of Vir-
ginia, to settle and adjust the boundary line between Mary-
land and Virginia on the Eastern Shore.

An Act to regulate the time of holding the respective Cir-
cuit Courts for the several counties comprising the seventh
Judicial Circuit of Maryland, and to repeal the Local Laws
for the said counties in reference thereto.

An Act to repeal, amend and re-enact sub-section 1st, of
an Act passed January, 1865, entitled an Act to add an
Article to the Code of Public General Laws, in relation to
the publication of Laws, so as to provide for the publication
of the laws in the German language in Baltimore city.

An Act to regulate the decision of points and questions
reserved for Courts in bane, as provided by section 22, of
Article 4, of the Constitution.

An Act to prevent the hauling of any seine or seines over
one hundred lathoms in length in Sinnpuxent Bay, or any
of the bays or their tributaries on the eastern side of Wor-
cester county, above George's Island Landing.

An Act to add new sections to Article 51, of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled " Justices of the Peace," re-
lating to the liens of executions issued by Justices of the
Peace.

An Act to appropriate an additional sum of money for the
more speedy publication of volumes 25, 26 and 27 Maryland
reports.
