An Act to repeal section 2d of chapter 110, of the law,
passed January 20th, 1808, entitled an Act to incorporate the
contibutors to the Baltimore Genera! Dispensary.

An Act to amend the 31st section of Article 24, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title Conveyancing, sub-title Mort-
gages, "by adding thereto and re-enacting as follows.

An Act to enable John James Jackson, an alien, to hold,
inherit and transmit Real Estate in the State of Maryland.

An Act to provide for the annual levy of State taxes on
the real and personal property of this State, under the assess-
ment of 1866.

An Act to appoint a commission of three persons to meet a
like number of persons appointed by the State of Virginia, to
settle and adjust the boundary line on the Eastern Shore of
the Chesapeake Bay, between the States of Virginia and
Maryland.

An Act to amend the Act of January session, 1864, chap-
ter 334, entitled an Act to incorporate the Washington county
Rail Road.

An Act to repeal sections 152, 153 and 154 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled Coroners and Inquests in the city
of Baltimore, and to substitute therefor the following.

An Act to repeal section 38 of Article 22, of the Code of
Public Local Laws for Worcester county.

An Act to add an additional section to the Public Local
Laws of Prince George's county, sub-title Bladensburg, to
prevent swine from going at large in said village.

An Act to run, divide and mark the dividing line between
Prince George's and Montgomery counties.

An Act to repeal section 939, Article 4, of the Public Local
Laws relating to Baltimore city, sub-title Water, as enacted
by chapter 38 of the Act of the General Assembly, passed at
the January session, 1866, and to re-enact the said section so
as to read as follows.

An Act to make valid the official Acts of certain Constables
appointed by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore,
elected under the present Constitution of the State of Mary-
land.

An Act to add an additional supplement to the Act en-
titled An Act for founding an Academy at Hagerstown, in
Washington county.

An Act to authorize the construction of a bridge over
the Potomac River, near the mouth, of New Creek, Vir-
ginia.
