An Act to amend an Act entitled an Act to incorporate a
company to build a turnpike road from the Georgetown
Turnpike to the public road leading from Adamstown to
Greenfield Mills, passed by the General Assembly of Mary-
land at its January session, in the year 1860, chapter 323
An Act to authorize and empower the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore, and the County Commissioners of
Washington county to waive the lien acquired b'y them, re-
spectively, under a mortgage heretofore executed to the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, by the Western Mary-
land Rail Road Company, in trust, to indemnify the said the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, and the County
Commissioners of Washington county, upon their endorse-
ments, respectively, upon the second mortgage bonds of said
Company.
