An Act to alter and amend the Act of January session,
1867, chapter 304, entitled an Act to incorporate the Central
Maryland Rail Road Company, passed the 18th day of
March, in the year 1867.

An Act to add an additional section to Article 57 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, concerning limi-
tation of actions.

An Act to levy a tax upon all banking institutions doing
business in this State, in augmentation of the Free School
Fund of this State.

An Act to repeal section 2 of the Act passed March 13th,

1867, chapter 286, entitled an Act to incorporate the Chester
River Fruit Packing Company, and to re-enact the same
with an amendment.

An Act to provide for the indexing the records in the
office of Register of Wills for Allegany county.

An Act to repeal section 16 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled Attorneys at Law and Attor-
neys in Fact, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

An Act to provide for the compensation of the Crier of the
Circuit Court for Carroll county.

An Act to amend and add additional sections to the Act
passed at the January session, 1867, of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, entitled an Act to establish and incorpo-
rate an Asylum for the Deaf and Dumb of the State of
Maryland, to follow section 13.

An Act supplementary to an Act passed January 30th,

1868. relating to the amount of stationery furnished to
members and officers of the General Assembly, and to pro-
vide a system, of commutation, and to add an additional sec-
tion thereto.

An Act to repeal sections 1, 37, 38, 39, 42, of chapter 252
of the laws of Maryland, passed January session, 1867, en-
titled an Act to repeal the 37th, 38th, 39th, and 40th sec-
tions of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled Licenses,
and substitute in lieu thereof the following sections.

An Act to authorize and require the County Commission-
ers of Baltimore and Harford. counties to levy a sum of
money for the construction of a bridge over the Little Gun-
powder River, near Emory's Ford.

An Act to amend an Act entitled an Act to incorporate
the Safe Deposit Company of Baltimore.

An Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay the claims
of Castings & Medairy, J. W. Bond & Co., N. E. Berry,
