ter 303, of the General Assembly of Maryland, relating to
the Columbia and Port Deposit Rail Road Company.

An Act to protect Clams and Shellfish in Worcester

An Act to incorporate the town of Bloomington, in Alle-
gany county.

An Act to incorporate the St. Martin's Inlet and Naviga-
tion Company.

An Act to incorporate the Commerce Insurance Company
ef Baltimore.

An Act to repeal sections 6, 9, 17 and 18, of Article 55, of
the Code of Public General Laws, entitled State Librarian,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

An Act to amend and re-enact the 167th section of the 93d
Article of the Code of Public General Laws entitled Testa-
mentary Laws.

An Act making appropriations for the support of the

Government for the year ending the first day of January,
1870.

An Act to provide for the liquidation and settlement of
claims for arming and equipping the Militia.

An Act to incorporate the Mutual Coal Company of Alle-
gany county.

An Act to incorporate the Havre-de-Grace Ferry Company.

An Act to incorporate the Savings Institution of Sandy
Spring Maryland.

An Act to incorporate the Maryland Land and Permanent
Homestead Association of Baltimore county.

An Act to incorporate a company to make a turnpike road
from Wood Point to the Pennsylvania line, or to Williams-
port and Mercersburg Road in Washington county.

An Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay sundry par-
ties hereinafter named for publishing the Public General
Laws, passed at January sessions of 1866 and 1867

An Act supplementary to, and amendatory of an Act,
passed at the present Session of the General Assembly of
Maryland, entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Cum-
berland and Pennsylvania Rail Road Company, passed at
January session, 1849, chapter 649.

An Act to authorize and require Hanson Willison, late
Sheriff of Allegany county, to convey certain real estate
situated in Grantsville, in said county, as in Said Act pro-
