An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections
33, 34, 35, 39 and 75 of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled Revenue and Taxes, and relating to the appoint-
ment of, and the bonds to be given by, and compensation
paid to the collectors of State taxes.

An Act to incorporate the Mutual Horse Thief Detective
and Live Stock Insurance Company of Washington county.

An Act to add new sections to the Code of Public Local
Laws for Baltimore city, Article 4, under the head of To-
bacco, as amended and reamended by the Acts of Assembly
of 1864, chapter 346; 1865, chapter 194, and 1867, chapter
368.

An Act to grant donations for the use of academies and
schools in Wicomico county.

An Act to establish, voting precincts in the First, Third,
Ninth, Eleventh and Twelfth Election Distracts of Bal-
timore; county.

An Act to incorporate the Frederick and Williamsport
Rail Road Company.

An Act to incorporate the Broadway Savings Bank of
Baltimore.

An Act to incorporate the Woodberry Manufacturing Com-
pany of Baltimore county.

An Act to aid in construction of works of internal improve-
ments in St. Mary's, Charles and Calvert counties.

An Act to confer upon the Lochiel Lumber, Mining,
Manufacturing and Improvement Company of Allegany
county, the authority to erect and maintain a boom or booms,
with piers and necessary appurtenances upon the Great Sav-
age River in Allegany county.

An Act to incorporate the Chesnut Summit Avenue Com-
pany.

An Act to increase the number of Free Scholarships in
the Baltimore Female College, and to change the manner of
appointing the beneficiaries and Board of Trustees.

An Act to repeal section 17, of Article 30, of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled Crimes and Punishments, un-
der the head of Bribery, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Anne

Arundel county, to subscribe in behalf of said county, to the

capital stock of the Baltimore and Drum Point Rail Road

Company, and issue bonds for the same, and provide for their

edemption.
