lie General Laws of the State of Maryland, entitled Oysters,
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to enact the
following in lieu thereof.

An Act to repeal the Act of 1867, chapter 366, entitled
an Act making appropriations for the support of the gov-
ernment for the year ending on the first day of January,
1869, and to substitute the following in lieu thereof.

An Act to incorporate the Monumental Permanent Build-
ing and Land Society of Baltimore.

An Act to incorporate the town of Berlin, in Worcester
county.

An Act to repeal the 149th, 150th, 151st, 152d, 153d,
154th, 155th, 156th and 157th sections of the 3d Article of
the Public Local Laws, relating to Roads in Baltimore
county, and to enact the following sections in lieu thereof.

An Act to repeal the charter incorporating the town of
Snow Hill, in Worcester county, and enact the following in
lieu thereof.

An Act to incorporate the People's Towing and Trans-
portation Company of Baltimore.

An Act granting to certain soldiers and the widows of
soldiers of the war of 1812, a pension of eighty dollars per
annum, to he paid in quarterly instalments.

An Act to incorporate the Prince George's County Central
Turnpike Company.

An Act providing for the repairs of the Public Roads of
Montgomery county.

An Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Drum Point
Rail Road Company.

An Act to incorporate the Mutual Fire Insurance Company
of Prince George's county.

An Act to repeal section 2 of the Act of 1868, chapter 39.,
entitled an Act to authorize the Delaware Rail Road Com-
pany to extend a branch railroad across the State line into
Kent county, Maryland, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

An Act to incorporate the Mechanics' Loan and Saving
Institute of Clearspring, Maryland.

An Act to incorporate the Baltimore City Grain Elevator
and Storage Company.

An Act to provide for the repairs of the public roads of
Howard county.

An Act to repeal section 28 of Article 16 of the Public
Local Laws of Prince George's county, entitled Bladensburg,
