entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay David
Fowler, for legal services in the Comptroller's Department,
and respectfully decline to recede from, said amendment, but
would suggest the appointment of a committee of conference
thereon, consisting of two members from the Senate and
three of the House of Delegates. We have appointed on the
part of the Senate, Messrs. Clarke and Henkle.

of conference concerning House bill entitled an Act to pay
