The Secretary of the Senate delivered

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 49 of Article 88,
of the Code of P-ublic General Laws, title Sheriffs, sub-title
collection of officers' fees, and to amend and re-enact the
same with amendments.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Delaware Tribe,
No. 43, Improved Order of Red Men, of Berlin, Frederick
county, Maryland.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of the
West River Academy, in Anne Arundel county.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.

The bill entitled a supplement to an Act entitled an Act
for forming a College at Chestertown, Kent county.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Ways and Means.

The Senate agrees to the committee of conference requested
