The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to James Eusor,
of Baltimore city, the sum of fifty dollars, erroneously paid
into the Treasury of the State.

Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Mr. Latrobe, acting Chairman of the Committee on Ways
and Means, reported unfavorably

The Senate bill entitled an Act for the relief of James S.
Morsell, Jr., of Calvert county.

The report was adopted.
Also reported unfavorably

The bill entitled an Act to amend the 18th Article of the
Code of Public General Laws, relating to Clerks of Courts,
by adding a section thereto imposing an additional duty on
the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas, in regard to public
money received by him.

The report was adopted.

Mr. Brown, Chairman of the Committee on Inspections,
reported favorably

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title Guano, by adding thereto
the following sections, relating to the Inspection of all Fer-
tilizers other than Guano.
