The bill entitled an Act to add a new section to Article 10
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled Attachments,
to come in after section 44 of said Article, giving jurisdiction
to Justices of the Peace to issue attachments in certain cases,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 6, 9, 17 and 18
of Article 55 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
State Librarian, and to re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
for the payment to the Judges of the Supreme Bench of
Baltimore city of a claim for salary,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading,

The bill entitled an Act to add to the 10th section of Arti-
cle 56 of the Code of Public General Laws, a sub-section re-
quiring a license to enable any person to act as a real estate
broker,

Being upon a second reading,

Mr. Smith, of Baltimore city, submitted the following
amendment:

Sub-section 1, line 2, strike out the words "twenty-five"
and insert the word fifty.

Which was adopted.

The bill as amended was then read a second time and or-
dered to be engrossed for a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to provide for the sale of a portion
of the furniture in the Executive Mansion,

Being upon a second reading,

Mr. Brown submitted the following amendment:

Section 1, line 10, after the word, "City," insert the words

and the City of Annapolis,

Which was adopted.

The bill as amended, was then read a second time and

ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

Public Local Laws, entitled, "Worcester county,"
