An Act to authorize the Comptroller to invest the balance
of the unappropriated fund arising from the sale of the land
scrip donated to this State by the United States for the bene-
fit of agricultural and mechanical arts.

An Act to pay Elizabeth C. Dorsey, of Frederick county,
widow of Vachel W. Dorsey, who was a soldier of the war
of 1812, from the State of Maryland, an annual pension of
eighty dollars during her natural life.

An Act to repeal the Act of 1864, chapter 405, relating to
the establishment of a uniform system of contracting for
public printing.

An Act to prohibit horse racing on the public roads of
Queen Anne's county.

An Act to incorporate the Parkton and Manchester Rail
Road Company.

An Act to protect oysters in Honga and Nanticoke rivers
during the summer months.

An Act to authorize and direct the State Librarian to sub-
scribe for a sufficient number of Simon J. Martinet's map of
Maryland to supply each public school in the State there-
with .

An Act requiring the County Commissioners of Baltimore
and Carroll counties to levy a sum of money to build a bridge
across the north branch of the Patapsco river, on the Lime
Kiln road.

An Act to restore to the West Nottingham Academy, in
Cecil county, the annual donation of five hundred dollars
out of the school fund of said county.

An Act to amend the charter of the Philadelphia, Wil-
mington and Baltimore Rail Road Company.

An Act to appropriate the sum of money therein men-
tioned to pay John Stevens Sellman, of Anne Arundel
county, for his services as an elector of the Senate of 1836.

A supplement to an Act entitled an Act to incorporate the
Burkettsville Female Seminary, Frederick county, passed
January session, 1867, chapter 111.

An Act for the relief of William S. Bowman.

An Act to incorporate the Pacific Fire Insurance Company
of Baltimore.

An Act to incorporate a company to build a turnpike road
from Pipe creek, through Middleburg, to Taneytown, in
Carroll county.
