any damage to property holders caused by the construction,
opening, enlarging or straightening of any sewer within the
limits of the city.
An Act to repeal sections 74, 75, 76, 77 and 78, of Article
75 of the Code of Public General Law's, entitled Pleadings,
Practice and Process, sub-title Removal of Causes, as amend-
ed by the Act of Assembly, 1865, chapter 187, and to enact
the following as substitutes therefor.
An Act to repeal and re-enact the Act of 1867, chap-
ter 185, for the suppression of the crime of unlawful abor-
tion.
An Act to incorporate the Grand United Independent
Order of Isaac and Rebecca, No. 1, of the city of Annapolis.
An Act to add additional sections to Article 16 of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled Chancery, to come in
after section 78 of said Article.
An Act to add to Article 19 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Somerset county, entitled Jurors, an additional
section.
An Act to incorporate a company to open and improve the
road from Frederick city, in Frederick county, to the Spout
Spring, on the Hamburg road, passing Bradrups' Saw Mill,
passed at January session, 1860, of the General Assembly
of Maryland, chapter 267.
An Act to repeal section 100, of Article 30, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments,"
sub-title "Larceny," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Anne
Arundel county to allow the Sheriffs of said county addi-
tional compensation for boarding prisoners.
An Act to repeal section 210 of Article 10 of the Public
Local Laws of Dorchester county, and to re-enact the follow-
ing in lieu thereof.
An Act to declare the sanction of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the bequest of Victor Thomson, late of Wash-
ington county, deceased, to the trustees of the Presbyterian
Church of Hagerstown, in said county.
An Act to authorize and empower the County Commis-
sioners of Allegany county to levy a certain sum of money
for Daniel Duncan, late Sheriff of Allegany county.
A supplement to the Act entitled an Act to incorporate a
company to build a turnpike road from Liberty Town, Fred-
erick county, through Johnsonville to Pipe creek, passed
January session, 1864, chapter 338.
