We propose with the consent of your Honorable Body, the
appointment of a committee of conference an the above named
bill, to consist of two members of the Senate, and three of
the House. We name on our part Messrs. Nicolai, Morse
and Biddison.

The bill entitled an Act authorizing the procurement of a
portrait of His Excellency, Thomas Swann, Governor of
Maryland, and appropriating a sum of money therefor,

"Endorsed, reported unfavorably from the Committee on,
Finance, and the report concurred in."

The bill entitled an Act to make valid the bequest made
by Thomas B. Kessler, late of Frederick county, State of
Maryland, to Peter Beard, in trust for the use and benefit of
Mount Zion German Reformed Church of Frederick county,
