Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We have received your message accompanying a bill enti-
tled an Act to repeal section 18, of Article 73, of the Public
General Laws entitled Penitentiary, informing us of your
non-concurrence in our amendment, and asking us to recede
therefrom. We respectfully decline to recede from said
amendment.

Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message refusing to recede from the
amendments proposed by your Honorable Body, to the bill
entitled an Act to repeal section eighteen of Article seventy-
three, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Peni-
teniary,' and to re-enact the same with amendments.
