Said bill was then sent to the Senate.

The joint resolution authorizing the State Librarian to
furnish the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Charles county
certain reports therein named for the use of said court.

Being on a third reading,

Mr. Bond, of Baltimore city, (by unanimous conent,) sub-
mitted the following amendments :

Line 9, after the word "county," insert, and to the Su-
perior Court of Baltimore city.

Line 12, after the word "Library," insert to the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of Charles county.

Insert after line 19, and to the Clerk of the Superior Court
of Baltimore city, the following Reports ; 4 volumes of Harris
& McHenry's ; the 2d, 3d. 6th and 7th volumes of Harris &
Johnson's Reports ; 5th Gill & Johnson's Reports ; 5th Gill's
Reports; 8th, 11th and 19th Maryland Reports.

Which were severally read and adopted.
The resolution, as amended.

Was then read a third time and passed by yeas and nays
